We only do built-in vacuums, so you can be sure we do them right. We are licensed by the State of California with the proper classification, C61/D04. Some companies try to install vacuum systems, but they are not licensed to do so. Many security companies do built-in vacuums on the side, but it is not their specialty. For us, it is all we do, and we make sure that each and every system is designed to work so that the customer is more than satisfied. We specialize in custom homes.We know what is needed in the large custom homes in Southern California. We never use under-powered units. Many of our customers have commented to us that the vacuum, which we installed, is the best thing they have put in their home.

We offer complete and prompt service to all our customers, after the installation is complete. We understand that the vacuum system is one of the most important appliances in the home, therefore if something goes wrong we are there to fix it right away. We even go so far as to deliver replacement bags to our customers.
We have the finest and nicest looking inlet valve in the business, the Designalet. Nineteen years ago, we used a custom inlet valve (the Vaculet), which was made by another vacuum manufacturer. After we had roughed-in thousands of back plates in custom homes throughout the Southern California area, they suddenly stopped making the inlet valve. Rather than cause a problem for our customers, we found a mold maker, and invested $25,000, to make the mold necessary to provide the inlet valve to those customers. That inlet valve is the Designalet. It is a sturdy inlet valve made of die cast zinc, and yet it is also very good looking, having a durable white, ivory, almond, dark brown or black powdercoated finish. It can also be ordered in custom powdercoated finishes as well as plated finishes. It also mounts flush to the finished wall. Since the inlet valve is the only part of the vacuum system which is visible, we made it look nice as well as being built to last.
